Ask us for the arrival point
Ask us for the exact address, entrance and meeting point before travelling. This helps you tell the driver where to take you: the residential complex name alone does not identify the right door.
Plan around your destinations
Check the apartment’s location against your workplace, meeting or other destination. Use a current map service for the time you expect to travel. We do not promise a fixed airport transfer time, as it depends on the route and traffic.
Arrange your first few hours
Tell us your arrival time and ask about key collection. Discuss luggage storage or an early arrival before paying. Modern includes a personal welcome; we will agree on check-in arrangements for the other apartments separately.
Everyday life and work
Each apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, essential cookware and tableware, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. A workspace and high-speed unlimited fibre-optic Wi-Fi support your work needs. Free parking is available, but a space is not guaranteed. Discuss special requirements before booking.
Planning your first day
For a short walk after check-in, consider the Bolshaya Almatinka promenade and Sairan Lake. For trips around the city, explore our interactive guide with parks, museums, major shopping malls and mountain destinations. Check the entrance, opening hours and access conditions before setting off.
Short-term rentals in River City
Each of our River City apartments is 55 m², with a separate bedroom containing a large double bed and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed that folds out for sleeping. Modern has calm colours and a round table by the window; Elegant features terracotta curtains and light wood; Cozy has soft lighting and a workspace by the window; Bright has a light living room with rounded wall lights. Each apartment page lists its floor level. Compare the photographs and ask us about the view if it matters to your trip. Free parking is available, but a space is not guaranteed.
The district, lake and transport
Sairan Lake is about a 5-minute walk from River City, while Sairan Bus Station is about 15 minutes away on foot. Sairan Metro Station is a separate destination on Abay Avenue: the walking estimate to the lake does not describe the journey to the metro. For meetings or travel with luggage, check the route from your apartment to the exact address in advance.
Two ideas for a walk from River City
Start close to your apartment. These are walking ideas, not turn-by-turn directions: ask us about the exit from the complex and access to the waterfront when you check in.
Your first evening by the lake
River City → Sairan Lake → a walk along the shore → back to your apartment. The lake is about 5 minutes away on foot; choose a walking distance that suits you. Our website panorama shows the surroundings, not a view from an apartment window.

River City is beside the Bolshaya Almatinka River. For a break from work, choose an accessible riverside walking section and return the same way. The waterfront near MEGA in our city guide is a different location, not the access beside your apartment.

Every apartment has 55 m², a separate bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed unfolding to 160 × 200 cm, a workspace and unlimited Wi-Fi. Free parking is available, but a space is not guaranteed. Floor levels and interiors differ.
