The metro station with the same name is a separate destination on Abay Avenue. Can I book through Airbnb?
Yes. On the apartment page, select “Through Airbnb”, your dates and guest count. The website opens the corresponding listing with those details. Sign-in, the final price, payment and confirmation are handled on Airbnb. For personal assistance, select “Through the manager”.
Can I rent an apartment for one night?
The minimum stay is one night. Enter your preferred dates on the apartment page; the Aura Home team will confirm availability and terms.
Can I book directly with the Aura Home team?
Yes. The website can prepare a WhatsApp enquiry to the Aura Home team. Agree on dates, guest numbers, the total price and house rules. Sending an enquiry does not automatically create a booking.
How do I book an apartment?
Choose an apartment and your preferred dates, then contact the Aura Home team. Your stay is confirmed after availability, price and terms have been agreed.
Where are the apartments?
In the Auezov district of Almaty. Ask for the precise location and directions before booking.
Why is there no fixed nightly price?
The Aura Home team will confirm the total price for your dates. All charges and terms must be agreed before confirmation.
Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit equal to one night’s rent is paid at check-in. It is returned after check-out and inspection, provided the rules have been followed and there is no damage or outstanding balance. More about the deposit and house rules.
Are my selected dates already reserved?
No. Selecting dates and preparing a message is only an enquiry. Your booking takes effect after separate confirmation by the Aura Home team.
