Breakfast and everyday essentials

Every kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware and tableware, electric kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine, hair dryer and bathtub are also provided. Please agree on consumables and any additional requirements with us beforehand.

Arranging a business stay

Tell us your dates, guest count and expected arrival time. If you need expense documents, check their availability and details before paying. You can book through Airbnb or contact our manager; the chosen channel confirms the final conditions.

A break by the water

Sairan Lake is approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartments, and Sairan Bus Station is approximately 15 minutes away. Times depend on your pace and route. Plan journeys to meetings separately, allowing for traffic.

What to compare before a business trip

All our apartments have a workspace and internet, but their interiors differ. Use the photographs to compare the desk, seating and lighting, as well as the kitchen and separate bedroom. Discuss any requirements for video calls or specialist equipment in advance. Whether you need a few nights or a longer stay, confirm the accommodation price and availability of the documents your company needs before paying.

Longer stays in Almaty

Longer stays are available. Tell us your dates, guest count and preferred apartment so we can agree on the price and conditions for your stay. Before paying, check the payment schedule, cleaning, linen changes and extension arrangements rather than assuming they are the same for every trip. A kitchen, washing machine and separate bedroom help you keep your usual routine. Direct bookings have no mandatory extra charges; the refundable deposit is listed separately.
