Choosing an Almaty apartment for a trip with children
For a trip with children, choose an entire apartment with a separate bedroom and kitchen-living room. Each has a double bed, sofa bed, bathtub and washing machine. Let us agree on your party and sleeping arrangements before booking.

Include everyone staying
Our direct-enquiry form allows up to 3 adults and 2 children, a maximum of 5 people. Include everyone staying and the children’s ages so we can confirm arrangements. One adult with two children needs different sleeping arrangements from three adults with two children. For an Airbnb booking, check the current guest limit in the selected listing: our website form does not change it.
Discuss sleeping arrangements
Each apartment has a large double bed and a sofa bed that folds out for sleeping. Tell us how many guests will use the sofa bed so we can agree on preparing the sleeping spaces and bedding. The double bed is 180 × 200 cm and the unfolded sofa bed is 160 × 200 cm. Agree on suitable sleeping arrangements for children before confirmation.
Amenities for a family trip
Every apartment has a bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, essential cookware and tableware and an electric kettle. Discuss a cot, high chair, window guards or outlet covers with us in advance. We cannot currently confirm smoke or carbon monoxide detectors; ask about this before booking.
Plan around your family’s routine
Tell us when you expect to arrive and leave. Airbnb check-in is after 14:00 and checkout before 12:00; agree on timing with us for direct bookings. Please respect quiet hours and agree on everyone staying, including any additional visitors.
Choosing an apartment for your family
All apartments provide the same core amenities, so start by comparing photographs of the bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. The double bed measures 180 × 200 cm and the unfolded sofa bed 160 × 200 cm. Agree on the bedding you need. If you require a cot or child-safety equipment, obtain confirmation before paying: suitability for a family trip does not automatically mean an apartment is equipped for an infant. Sairan Lake is an option for a walk; discuss a suitable stroller route and entrance with us separately.
Compare apartments before choosing dates
Every apartment has 55 m², a separate bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed unfolding to 160 × 200 cm, a workspace and unlimited Wi-Fi. Free parking is available, but a space is not guaranteed. Floor levels and interiors differ.

There are two sleeping surfaces: a 180 × 200 cm bed in the separate bedroom and a 160 × 200 cm unfolded sofa bed in the living room. Tell us the children’s ages and preferred arrangements before booking.
Is there a cot or high chair?
We have not confirmed their availability. Ask us before paying if you need them.
Can two children stay?
A direct enquiry can include up to two children and three adults, with no more than five guests in total. We will confirm suitable sleeping arrangements. Check the selected Airbnb listing for its own guest limit.
