What is included in an Aura Home short stay?

What the apartment provides

We rent entire apartments. Each has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, essential cookware and tableware, electric kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer and washing machine. You also have a sofa bed, Smart TV, workspace, high-speed unlimited fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a bathtub. A coffee machine does not automatically include coffee or capsules: ask us about consumables.

Get your final quote

For a direct booking, send us your dates and the number of adults and children. Mention any cleaning during your stay, sofa-bed preparation, early check-in or late checkout you need. We will agree on availability and pricing before confirmation rather than treating those services as automatically included.

How the deposit works

At check-in, we ask for a refundable deposit equal to one night’s rent. We return it after checkout and inspection if the rules were followed and there is no damage or outstanding balance. The deposit does not pay for an extra night. Our house rules explain possible deductions.

If you book through Airbnb

Airbnb displays the final price and cancellation terms for your dates. Review all payments before confirming and agree on applicable conditions through the platform. Our direct-booking quote does not replace the price or terms of an Airbnb reservation.

What to confirm before paying

There are no mandatory additional charges for direct bookings. Before paying, confirm the total for your stay, the refundable deposit, included services, cancellation conditions and check-in time. Confirm the price of any agreed extras separately. The calendar shows provisional availability but does not calculate a rate; the final amount depends on dates, length of stay and booking channel.

Compare apartments before choosing dates

Every apartment has 55 m², a separate bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed unfolding to 160 × 200 cm, a workspace and unlimited Wi-Fi. Free parking is available, but a space is not guaranteed. Floor levels and interiors differ.

For a direct booking, enquire for up to 3 adults and 2 children. We confirm sleeping arrangements and the total price before payment. Airbnb bookings follow the conditions of the matching listing.
