A place for your own routine
Our apartments are in River City by the Bolshaya Almatinka River. Sairan Lake is a 5-minute walk away, and Sairan Bus Station is a 15-minute walk away. You rent the entire apartment, with a separate bedroom and a kitchen-living room. Every apartment has a double bed, sofa bed, workspace and bathtub.
Everyday comforts
Each apartment has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, essential cookware and tableware, electric kettle and coffee machine. We also provide a washing machine, hair dryer, Smart TV and high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi with a fibre-optic connection.

The panorama on our website shows the lake and surroundings, not a guaranteed view from your window. Every apartment is 55 m²; its floor level and photographs are listed on its page. Ask us about the view or route to the lake before choosing.
Tell us when you plan to arrive
For Airbnb bookings, check-in is after 14:00 and checkout before 12:00. Agree on timing with us for a direct booking. Discuss an early arrival or late departure in advance. Selecting available dates does not confirm a reservation.
The lake, bus station and metro are different landmarks
Sairan Lake is a place for a waterside walk, approximately 5 minutes on foot from our apartments. Sairan Bus Station is a separate landmark on Tole Bi Street, approximately a 15-minute walk away. Sairan Metro Station is on Abay Avenue between Brusilovsky and Tlendiev streets. Neither walking estimate refers to the metro. Use the full destination name when ordering a taxi; walking times depend on your pace, route and entrance.
Booking a short stay by the lake
Browse your chosen apartment’s photos and select the full stay in its calendar. Include adults and children and tell us your sleeping requirements. If the apartment is unavailable for part of the stay, the website may suggest a split stay with a move; our manager confirms these arrangements. For a single-apartment booking, follow the matching Airbnb listing or contact us directly. Confirm the price, availability and conditions before booking.

River City → Sairan Lake → a walk along the shore → back to your apartment. The lake is about 5 minutes away on foot; choose a walking distance that suits you. Our website panorama shows the surroundings, not a view from an apartment window.

Compare apartments before choosing dates
Every apartment has 55 m², a separate bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed unfolding to 160 × 200 cm, a workspace and unlimited Wi-Fi. Free parking is available, but a space is not guaranteed. Floor levels and interiors differ.
