Continuing to Airbnb to book

When you choose Airbnb, the link includes the apartment’s listing ID, your travel dates and guest count. These are shared with Airbnb when you follow the link. Airbnb, not our website, handles sign-in, registration, payment details and booking confirmation. Airbnb’s terms and privacy policy apply.

How the website works

Selected dates are processed in your browser to prepare an enquiry. The website does not store form contents or send messages automatically. You choose whether to open WhatsApp with the prepared text. Our server retrieves Airbnb calendar data and sends only blocked periods and the update time to your browser, without guest details.

Visitor analytics and your choice

On the live website, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika load only after you consent. They help us understand traffic sources, apartment views, date selection and clicks to contact us or visit Airbnb. Our analytics events do not include form contents, messages, documents or the selected dates. Session recording and advertising personalisation are disabled. The services may receive technical browser, device and network information and use their own cookies.

You can choose “Without analytics” and use all website features. Your choice is stored on this device for 180 days in localStorage (aura_analytics_consent_v1). Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page to change or withdraw consent and stop further collection on this device. For enquiries about data already collected, email info@aura-home.kz. Analytics does not start when the browser signals that tracking is disabled.

Website language

When you open the home page without specifying a language, we use your browser’s preferred languages. The chosen version is stored on this device in the aura_language cookie for 180 days. The cookie contains only ru or en, is not used for advertising and can be deleted in your browser settings. You can always change the language using the RU and EN buttons.

ID document for booking confirmation

The Aura Home team’s rules require an image of the passport or ID card only of the guest named on the booking, along with the number of guests. The Aura Home team states that the document is used to arrange the booking and meet security requirements. This website has no document upload form and does not receive ID images. Please ask the Aura Home team directly how the document should be provided and handled.
